Delete your account and data
You can request deletion of your SiteNote AI account without installing the app or signing in here.
Request deletion by email
Email support@trueplexstudios.com from the address used for your SiteNote AI account with the subject “SiteNote AI account deletion”. Ask us to delete your account and associated data. Do not send your password.
We verify the request to protect your account and process verified requests within 30 days. If you cannot access that email address, contact support for help verifying ownership.
Delete in the mobile app
Open Settings → Delete Account, read the explanation and confirm twice. Keep a connection available until completion. If the app asks you to retry, use the same account or contact support.
What is removed
For a personal workspace, deletion removes the account, projects, inspections, issues, notes, AI drafts, photos, annotations, floor plans and cloud reports. It also removes that account’s saved record archive from the device completing deletion.
Shared records and retained copies
Shared-workspace accounts require support review to protect other members’ work. We explain any workspace records that must remain before completing the request. Reports and photographs already exported or shared with others cannot be recalled. Clear app data or uninstall the app to remove remaining local files, including copies on other devices.
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple, Google Play or Stripe subscription. Manage it with the provider separately. Billing providers retain their transaction records; limited security logs and backups follow provider retention cycles and applicable legal requirements.
Deletion is irreversible. Export anything you need before requesting it.
